Imaginary FA Cup Draw (Is What We Do With Our Weekends)

“It looks like a 9, but it’s got a line so maybe it’s a 6?”
“No, I put the line on top of the 9.”
“And you didn’t put any line on the 6?”
“No, I put a line at the BOTTOM of the 6.”
A beat, then:
“You do realize why this is problematic, don’t you?”

This, for me at least is right up there with imaginary frisbee as a good use of ones time.

And here is the draw

(THIS IS NOT THE DRAW, ACTUAL DRAW AT 1pm(ish) GMT:

Everton V Brighton & Hove Albion

Liverpool V Spurs

Sunderland or Middlesborough V Leicester City

Bolton Wanderers V Stevenage

Norwich City V Arsenal or Aston Villa

“Of course I remember our wedding day…we beat Rotherham 3-0 in the cup.”

Great footage of Liverpool FC from BBC’s Panorama in 1964.  I stood on the Kop from about 1983-84 until they put in the seats after the 93-94 season.  It was an amazing experience to be surrounded by 25,000 odd people singing, swaying and shouting.  Not so good when someone peed in your pocket mind.
